When you click on the Kelp Resturaunt in Maraqua, a scorchio will seat you. Then, you will meet a Uni waitress waiting to serve you. For first thought, I recommend appetisers first, to warm your neopet up. (And before you go in Kelp, you have to have many neopoints first. For every course, we have made a list of foods aviliable.
